Thanks for the ! My advice for choosing colleges (I saw your journal entry) is to apply to the ones you really, really like, then find one that you're pretty much guaranteed academically to get in, and one that you're pretty much guaranteed to be able to afford (two safeties, in other words). And then apply for financial aid. If your parent(s) make the same amount of money in a year as the tuition costs, they'll probably give you financial aid to make it better. My school costs $50,000 a year, but since my parents combined probably make about $60,000 a year they cut the costs way down. With financial aid and scholarships, I only have to pay 2/5 the price. So don't be afraid to apply to places that you don't think you can afford or don't think you'll get into. You never know!
